By placing an order or making a payment, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirements and have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions, forming a binding agreement with Atlas Publishers.

Definitions

"Website" refers to all content, media, and assets hosted on the Atlas Publishers online platform.
"Customer," "You," or "Your" refers to the independent author, client, or user who accesses our site or orders our publishing services.
"Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers directly to Atlas Publishers.
"Product" refers to the original manuscripts, book edits, formatted files (ePub/PDF), cover designs, illustrations, or marketing materials generated during your project.
"Order" refers to a specific paid request or service contract made by the Customer for our publishing or production packages.

Refund Policy

At Atlas Publishers, we are committed to your satisfaction and have established a clear refund policy for your convenience. Please review our guidelines to understand the conditions applicable to your project.

Change of Mind: A full refund of the paid fee (less any applicable transaction processing fees) may be issued if a request is made before any work has started on the project. If you change your mind within one hour of placing your order, a full refund will be issued. A 15% processing fee will be deducted if the change-of-mind request is made outside of this initial one-hour window but before work begins. Once the project is underway, the time and effort already invested make the order ineligible for a full refund.
Unsatisfactory or Incomplete Delivery: Refunds may be considered only after all available revision options have been exhausted. If the completed work does not meet your documented specifications, we offer unlimited revisions to ensure client satisfaction. If the final product still falls short after multiple revision attempts, a partial refund may be issued based on mutual agreement. In unique cases where a dispute occurs, the case will be submitted to an internal review committee for an impartial evaluation based on the facts and evidence presented.
Delayed Delivery: We prioritize "On-Time Delivery." If we are unable to meet your agreed project delivery deadline despite three documented attempts by the client to contact us, a refund may be processed upon verification of responsibility.
Refund Request Period: Refunds must be formally requested within 60 days of the project delivery date. Requests made after this 60-day timeframe will not be considered.
Non-Refundable Situations: Minor technical issues, such as typographical or minor grammatical errors, do not qualify for full refunds. These issues may qualify for partial refunds or future service discounts based on mutual agreement. Furthermore, refunds will not be provided for any project delays caused by the client's failure to provide details or feedback.

Project Use & Closure Clauses

Dormant Projects: If a project remains completely without client communication, approvals, or specifications for 45 consecutive days, it will be considered closed. Reopening fees will apply to reactivate the project after this period.
Closed Project: A "Closed Project" is defined as one that has been fully delivered, or left unclaimed/unresponsive by the client for 45 days. Atlas Publishers holds no further operational responsibility past this 45-day period.

Revision Policy

Editing Orders: We will perform revisions on edited content strictly to correct objective or technical errors. If no such errors are present, additional rounds of revisions may be provided solely at our discretion.
Ghostwriting Orders: For custom book writing, we will revise specific sections of content until they are fully approved by the client. Once a section or chapter is formally approved, any further changes to that section will be subject to our standard editing rates.

Copyright, Plagiarism & Personal Use

100% Ownership: All delivered products are original and exclusively yours. You retain full copyright over these materials. Unauthorized use of draft content provided by Atlas Publishers before final payment is settled may lead to civil or criminal consequences. You agree to indemnify and hold Atlas Publishers harmless against any unauthorized usage.
No Plagiarism Policy: Atlas Publishers strictly complies with international copyright laws and does not condone or support plagiarism or fraudulent publishing practices. We provide original materials that adhere to copyright standards.
Misuse Liability: Atlas Publishers and its affiliates hold no liability for the misuse of our products. This includes any plagiarism, legal consequences, academic penalties, or disciplinary actions resulting from the improper use of the delivered material by the client.
Image Usage Policy: Unless an image or artwork is specifically created from scratch by our internal illustrators, we do not hold copyright over images. We may provide links to recommended royalty-free image sources for your convenience. You may use royalty-free images without concern, though third-party copyrighted images may require additional licensing fees paid by the client.

Limitation of Liability

Atlas Publishers, along with its affiliates, employees, and partners, disclaims liability for any issues arising from the use of our website or services, including technical failures, internet delays, or typographical errors. You agree to hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your use of our services, including attorney fees or third-party claims resulting from the use of our products or the violation of these terms.

Atlas Publishers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or any information provided. This limitation may vary depending on jurisdictional restrictions.

Amendments

Atlas Publishers reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. Please review this section periodically, as any changes will be reflected here on the live page.
